Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Data controller
MVQP SALES LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question about this policy, write to info@mvqpsales.com.
2. What data we collect
Data you send us. When you contact us by email we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write about your business.
Client data. When an engagement starts we collect the billing details we need to issue an invoice, and the recordings, documents and commercial information you share with us so we can do the work.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the website running and secure. This website does not use advertising or profiling cookies.
3. Why we use it
We use personal data to reply to enquiries, to prepare and deliver the services we are engaged for, to issue invoices and meet our accounting and tax obligations, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the performance of a contract (delivering the services and replying to enquiries about them), on our legal obligations (accounting and tax records), and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and in defending our rights.
5. Who has access
Personal data is accessed by MVQP Sales and by the service providers that operate our tools — website hosting, email, video conferencing, file storage, invoicing and payment processing — acting on our instructions. Some of these providers are located in the United States. We disclose personal data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twenty-four months. Call recordings and working materials are kept for the duration of the engagement and for twelve months after it ends, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by the applicable tax law.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and — where you gave consent — to withdraw that consent at any time. Write to info@mvqpsales.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We keep client recordings and documents in access-controlled storage, protected by strong authentication, and we limit access to what is needed to deliver the service.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated by email.
