1. Who we are
These Terms of Service govern the services provided by MVQP SALES LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("MVQP Sales", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@mvqpsales.com.
2. Services
We provide sales training and consulting services: one-to-one mentoring programs, review and analysis of recorded sales calls, training for in-house sales teams, and introduction of trained representatives to companies looking to hire. Services are delivered remotely, over video call, together with written materials and recorded content made available in a private members area.
3. Engagements and quotes
Each engagement is quoted individually, based on its duration and on the number of people involved. The quote states the scope of the work, its duration, the fee and the payment schedule. An engagement begins once the client has accepted the quote in writing and the first payment has been received.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are invoiced by MVQP Sales and are payable by bank transfer or card, in a single payment or in the instalments set out in the quote. All fees are stated exclusive of any taxes or bank charges that may apply. Late payment may lead us to suspend delivery until the account is settled.
5. Cancellation and refunds
A client may cancel an engagement at any time by writing to info@mvqpsales.com. If cancellation is requested before the first session has been delivered, the amounts paid are refunded in full within fourteen days. After the first session, amounts already paid cover the sessions and materials delivered up to that date and are not refundable, while any instalments not yet due are cancelled. Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost with at least twenty-four hours' notice.
6. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for attending the scheduled sessions, for providing the recordings and information the work requires, and for ensuring that sharing any recording of a call with us is permitted by the applicable law and by the consent of the people recorded.
7. No guarantee of results
Our services are training and consulting services. Results depend on the client's market, offer, effort and execution. We do not guarantee any specific commercial result, revenue figure or outcome, and nothing on this website or in our materials should be read as such a guarantee.
8. Intellectual property
All materials we provide — recordings, documents, frameworks, templates and the content of the members area — remain the property of MVQP Sales and are licensed to the client for their own use for the duration of the engagement. They may not be resold, republished or shared with third parties without our written consent.
9. Confidentiality
Recordings, documents and commercial information shared with us during an engagement are treated as confidential and are used only to deliver the service. We do not publish a client's calls or materials without their written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment a quote is accepted is the one that applies to that engagement.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
